Food 4/5 - This BBQ place was worth the try! The chicken was so tender and delicious. The brisket was the best we've had in MN and the beans definitely have a kick to them. Highly recommend the chicken and side of beans. Service / Ambiance 5/5 - This place is an order at the counter, sit and wait for your food type of place. They had live music outside when we got our food. Really great place we will be stopping again.

This is the best Beef Brisket around. Definitely try the pastrami. Super cool vibe, blues music, love the patio. 210 rocks

Sooo good - 5 stars! I've wanted to check this place out for a few years. But unfortunately, I don't live close-by and the hours & days of operation are limited. But I finally made it. Three of us checked them out for a Friday lunch. It was definitely worth the trip to meet my Wisconsin buddies for some rockin' Q. This is a casual, order-up-front kind of place. Grab your beverage, pick your own spot, and they bring the food to your table. The meats are excellent. I grabbed a half pound of smoked sausage, a half pound of pastrami, and a half pound of beef brisket. My friends both ordered pork ribs. Everything was wonderful! Being a zero carb dude, I really appreciate that you can order meat by the pound (and the half pound). Thankfully, they don't force you to order plant based items. As zero carbohydrate carnivore eater, I didn't order any plant based sides whatsoever. But my friends got broccoli slaw and waffle corn bread (very clever) as sides. They loved their sides. Both of them topped things off with big Texas Brownies and a la mode French Vanilla Ice Cream. The brownies were giant and flavorful. They actually made the whole back dining area smell like chocolate. Finally, the service was excellent. The food came out fast & hot. And the owner popped out of the kitchen a few times to check on us and to chat. Nice guy. They have live music. But we came early and missed all of that...so I can't comment on the music scene. All-in-all, a great place, especially if you're a carnivore. Thumbs up! -Maxx

Lately we've been in the mood for pastrami. When we heard that 210 BBQ was smoking their own pastrami, we figured we would try it. Of course whenever we are going to "try" something, since we are there, we might as well "try" a few items. So we ordered a pound of their pastrami and a pound of their brisket. We also ordered a rack of ribs and a side of beans. The gentleman who helped us when we picked up our order was very friendly. Definitely get the feel this is a family owned restaurant. All of our food was packaged really well too. We had to start with their pastrami. It was excellent! We really liked that it was thick cut. Kind of reminded me of smoked prime rib. Great smoke flavor too. The brisket was solid. Tender, with a nice bark. The ribs. I liked the ribs after my first bite. The more I ate, the more I liked them. I had planned on eating half a rack, then save the other half for the next day. Well these ribs were too darn good! Bite through tender without pulling all the meat away from the bone. Done perfectly which is not easy to do! Great flavor. Some of the best ribs that I have had. Then there were their beans. Excellent beans! We couldn't quite figure out what was in their beans. Their beans are smoky, savory, and a little bit sweet. Just perfect! Already looking forward to coming back for more BBQ and beans and next time we'll probably try a few more items too!

split a Rack of ribs and it was excellent. Will be back soon. Great service and decor.

The best Pork (and also order the black beans!) you will ever eat! And not only that. Today we walked in without realizing it was not open yet (they open at four on Saturdays). It was like 3:30, and the owner, anyways, welcomed us in and cooked for us! Not our first time here, and it is not going to be our last!

I got the meal of ribs with 2 sides. Ribs were huge and super tender. I brought home a full rack. I got a nicely loaded coleslaw and baked beans. Beans are super spicy and too rich for my blood. I was disappointed that they were out of corn muffins to round out a good barbeque meal. A beautiful building on a side street with plenty of parking. This was recommended by my hair stylist friend when I told her we were going to Stillwater. I'd given up on Northern BBQ for a while, no more.

210 degrees must be the perfect temperature in pig heaven... It sure turns out heavenly meat! I ordered the rib and brisket combo, and I'm still coming down from a BBQ high. The ribs were the moistest I've ever seen, it was like eating Pork Candy. The brisket was a little chewy, but super flavorful. The meats are so tasty, you don't need sauce, but they offer 2 house-made options for those who must add a little. DON'T LEAVE without the BBQ black beans!! A meaty new twist on an old favorite that will become your new favorite side dish. If you are a bark lover, this is your spot! The location is a quaint attraction itself, with a lovely outdoor patio area. This place is the best reason to go to Bayport on Thursdays and Fridays.

This place was an unexpected (for me) delight! Bestie is moving into the 'hood... and the smell made us pull in! And it did not disappoint! The brisket sandwich was enormous! The pics don't do it justice! We ate every bit, don't you worry! Table mate for the brisket tacos! Delicious on their own... but add some spicy 210 sauce! Oh Lord it was amazing. The black beans had chunks of brisket, and an amazing zing/flavor! Definitely going back foe those. It is approximately 2 blocks from Bestie's new house... we will be back! We asked What 210 signifies.... Owner said: it's the temp he cooks at! LOVE a place with meaning!!

Visiting from out of town and looking for a place open for take out and found this on Yelp. Under-reviewed for sure. My wife and I travel the country for BBQ but rarely find anything North of the Mason-Dixon worth reviewing. This is the exception. We ordered ribs, the famous pastrami, beans and slaw for 4 of us tonight. It's a mixed bag for sure but I will tell you that the pit master really knows what he is doing. No doubt about it. Most newer places across the country are trying too hard with every single menu item. Everything is over seasoned and nothing is ever served simply honoring the roots of the cuisine. Too much heat, too much sugar, rub, stuff in the beans etc. There was a little of this here but it's really quite good overall. The ribs were juicy and toothsome and perfectly cooked. The smoke and rub are heavy for my taste but the skill here is noteworthy. I tried the mild sauce and will say that it's detestable. Really terrible. Here's the thing, you don't need it with the ribs or the pastrami anyway so no loss. I liked the pastrami a lot. It was tender and really tasty. Again, a bit too salty on the rub. At first few bites of the ribs and pastrami you love it but then it becomes a little cloying. I would like to try the pulled pork and brisket to see if they'd be easier to eat a lot of. The sides were better than the meats. The black beans were absolutely outstanding. I loved the molasses note. Unusual and not at all heavy handed. I could have eaten the whole pound of these we ordered. Similarly we loved the slaw. It was perfect. Typically the sides at a BBQ joint are an afterthought and show clearly the lack of chef skills of the pit master. Not true here. I would definitely come back and try more of the menu. I hope you will come and do the same. Support our local businesses. The loss of this place would be sad.
